Howdy,

sudo src/fenrir/fenrir will only work in the source git-root folder 
since it gives a special file in a relative path ;).
if you installed the package with the package manager:
sudo fenrir
or
sudo systemctl start fenrirscreenreader
# the service file that fenrir ships is called "fenrirscreenreader" 
cause by an conflict with another software.
