Maybe Colomban in CC could tell us in which version of scintille a11y
should work.
Accessibility should work fine with Scintilla 3.7.1 and newer, yet I'd
recommend 3.7.4 or newer as it's more stable since then.
However, note that since version 3.7.4 Scintilla has an API call
allowing the application to disable the accessibility support (reason
was because of the small overhead it adds, not sure if there was any
measurements), so the application using Scintilla mustn't have disabled
it explicitly.
