It's been a while since I've done this on Windows, and I'm not
sure what virtualization technology you're using, but when I last
did this, I use VMware Player. I just downloaded a .iso file for
Ubuntu and then used the wizard in VMware Player to create a
virtual machine. It was pretty straight forward. I'm not sure this
helps, but if you have more detailed questions, just ask.
