Thanks very much for this. I will probably do it right and add this 
stuff to orca-customizations.py. I knew it could set preferences and 
things, but I wasn't aware it could also bind keys. That said, it looks 
like F123 will be able to set whatever we want in that file, so we can 
just put it in /etc/skel, and won't have to write a script on-the-fly. 
You've given me some really good stuff here.
