[orca-list] When speak object under mouse is enabled: Orca reads the selected object and the current word that could create a confusion

Hello all,

Environment:
- Debian Sid
- Orca master

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Caja (or maybe another file manager)
2) Move the mouse cursor on the name of a folder (not the icon, the name)

Result: Orca announces "folder name folder icon not selected folder name"
Expected result: Orca should announce "folder name folder icon not 
selected" only
