[orca-list] Structural navigation in Writer files

Hi,


I am trying to use structural navigation in Writer files. When I press 
ORCA+Z, I get the announcement "Structural navigation mode enabled." 
However, pressing navigation keys such as h, t, g, l, etc... fails to 
work. The only thing that happens is the letter is typed into the file. 
How should I resolve this problem?
