Hi Alex,
I do not qeite understand the case. First do you mean with the numpad
keys the digits above the function keys F1 etc.
And is the extended keyboard with the digit keys right of the keyboard?
Do laptop mode, desktop mode and num-lock key have a function in this?

what are your opinion about my proposal?
We're waiting user input before to decide to accept or refuse this
change. I'm not blind myself, just low-vision people but I think based
on multiple users input it could result to a better user experience.
Best regards
Alex.

Hello all,
On NVDA or on Jaws, when a user defined a combination of two keys
that are available in both keypad and extended keyboard the screen
reader lets the user to use both keys.
For example, the say all function is defined has the NVDA/Jaws key +
down arrow, if the NVDA or Jaws keys are insert it is possible to use
indifferently insert + down arrow or 0 + 2 from the keypad to perform
the action.
I propose the following implementation :
1) If a keypad key is used alone it is considered as a keypad key
2) If a keypad key is used with another key, it is considered as
keypad key and extended keyboard without distinction
What are your opinions on that?
Best regards,
Alex.
