Hello Joanie,

Thanks for your works on Mouse Review.

I've updated the steps below, sorry it wasn't totally clear.

Steps to reproduce:
1) I've only checked "Speak object under mouse" on Orca prefrences
2) After login I'm able to read icons on the desktop
3) Open Caja from the top bar, places, home folder
4) Go back to desktop without closing the caja window on clicking on the 
button on the bottom left corner
5) Move the mouse over the icons on the desktop

Orca reads to me the minimized window instead of the desktop icons.

Are you now able to reproduce the issue or should I need to provide you 
a debug log?
