Hi bittukumar,
If you have Orca 3.29.4pre it surely been there. What do you hear after
you press Orca+H?
If you open Orca Preferences and Tab Twice do you hear Orca speaks how
many key bindings are present?
Go with Arrow Down through te list of commands and if you hear Unbound,
keep going down with Arrow Down and you should meet the
Speak selection command
If you did not set any key binding before there are 59 commands already
bound and 24 unbound.
Success.

Hey all.
I've now bound the command to speak the current selection. Given
there
wasn't much feedback on this, I went with Orca Shift Up. This
appears
to
be consistent with NVDA. I hope this works for you.
I've also expanded the functionality of this command to present the
selected stuff (text in a text object, cells in a spreadsheet, icons
in
an icon view, etc.).
