[orca-list] Braille "word wrap" feature is now configurable via GUI

Hey all.

As indicated in the subject, Orca's braille "word wrap" feature (which I
added as an experimental feature last month) now has a GUI option. It is
still disabled by default. If, over time, I get tons of feedback like
"only fools don't use word wrap!" I can change that. <smiles> In the
meantime, users who want to try this still-experimental feature can do
so more easily -- as long as they opt in.
