brltty-genkey binary and a patch /usr/sbin are not available on arch linux. When installing brltty package on arch linux, /etc/brlapi.key is generated.

So if in deed there is no /etc/brlapi.key because something strange might have happened, then here is how you generate it. Please run as root:

         mcookie >/etc/brlapi.key
         chmod 0640 /etc/brlapi.key
         chgrp brlapi /etc/brlapi.key

Other thinks Didier has suggested all apply ine.
