[orca-list] Orca plugins

Hello!
Yesterday I saw website, where is least of orca plugins. On this
website, the developer wrote, that I can install plugins by open Orca
plugin manager by pressing orca+ctrl+p. But this plugin manager doesn't
works. When I press orca+ctrl+p there are no reaction.
My system is Ubuntu 17.04
My Orca version is 3.22.2
If you know, how can I install plugins for Orca, answer me, please.
