Forgot to add ...

If you know the name of the object for a click, then after pressing Alt 
+ Shift + a - you can start typing the text. The cursor will move to the 
desired object.

All this works in other lists: the list of links (Alt + Shift + k), the 
buttons (Alt + Shift + b), and so on.
