[orca-list] Can't simulate "click" on clickable elements with keyboard

Dear all,

I'm trying to simulate "click" on a clickable element with the return 
key but nothing happened. If I use the routine cursor of my braille 
display over the clickable element It works.

Environment:
- Debian Sid
- Orca master
- Firefox 56

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open this site on Firefox:  http://musicforprogramming.net/
2) Press the key to go to clickable elements
3) Press the return key

Result with Orca: nothing happened
Result with NVDA: the simulate click on the element works
Result with the braille display with Orca: same result as it is with NVDA
