[orca-list] Accessibility of the GtkListBox container ?

Dear orca maintainers,

Environment :
- Debian testing (GTK 3.22, AT-SPI 2.22)
- Orca 3.22.2

I'm using and testing the Oomox (theme configurator tool) with both screen magnifier and screen reader.

To display the list of theme options it uses the widget "GtkListBox" and I see "list item" and "list box" events from accerciser. This widget provides the ability to switch between lines with up/down arrow but if the blind user doesn't know he is in a list he couldn't use this accelerator.
Should Orca announce the entry inside the list ?

You could find a debug log when I enter inside the list and when I move between the first and second line of the list : https://framabin.org/?9baaae44d32386e1#4gZdj2LixOagyoFme1gJ+9ileywmDZ4jStfL/0Kl9cs=

Best regards.
