hi, but the ppa did not work on ubuntu 16.10 mate, witch i have right
now. it said it is dangerous, the ppa does not have release file.
something like that. any way to get the latest orca? using ubuntu
16.10 mate. please please please. meow.

Each new release of Ubuntu includes an updated version of Orca.

If you use the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS there is a PPA available that brings you
a more recent version :
