Dear Mr Plus,
Each new release of Ubuntu includes an updated version of Orca.
If you use the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS there is a PPA available that brings you
a more recent version :
https://launchpad.net/~accessibility-dev/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
