[orca-list] any accessibility ppa for ubuntu 16.10 that need to be aded in order to get latest version of orca

Hi,
just asking this if it is needed during the day later. now downloading
ubuntu, hope to use it, so i wonder is there any special accessibility
ppa that need to be added to ubuntu so that i wil get the latest
version of orca and espeak. or does it already gets into the
