Hey Joanie,

To be really sure I've installed Fedora 25 spin "Mate-Compiz" and 
enabled a11y and installed Orca.

Environment :
- Fedora 25 up-to-date
- Firefox 51  new profile without extensions
- Both Orca 3.22.2 and master with the default Orca profile
- Local English (US) UTF8

I can reproduced exactly the same issue with the sames steps. It seems 
also José reproduce the issue in his computer.
