[orca-list] A page where the orca is stuck

Hi all.

To reproduce try the following steps using orca compiled from master:

1. Launch FF and go to http://tvraman.github.io/emacspeak/manual/emacspeak_002dcompile.html

2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.

3. Press the h key until you hear "2.42.2 emacspeak-compile Options".

4. Press the down key many times.

In my machine orca reads "Variable: User Option" each time I press the down arrow key. I can not bypass this line.
