[orca-list] open sapi

Hi,

since the google code is not working, i found open sapi on github,

can some body try it? i dont quite know the instructions to get it 
working, so i am hoping that some one can try it, or maybe give 
informations whether it work or not on latest orca and 
speech-dispatcher. or maybe someone can continue working on this project?
