[orca-list] Orca application help buttons reaction

Hey hey again,
when pressing a help button inside the Orca preferences window the Orca help 
is opened, but at the beginning/top level of the entire help. Doesn't the help 
system support context sensitive opening of the help, placing the focus on the 
correct chapter?
