Hi,
it is no problem to me using the terminal to install, but as i said,
my pc is using wifi, and during the install, it complaint about this,
so can i skip the internet setup during install, and then after i get
gnome, connect to wifi and install other packages? last time i used
the cd version witch is 650 mb, the cd 1 iso package. Is it suitable
for pc that does not have internet?

I don't know what will happen in debian 9 (stretch) but right now, you
can install debian via the debian 8 (jessie) installer with speech and
get a completely functional graphical interface after the install. The
install is done via speakup, not orca, in character mode. But if you
tell it to install the gnome desktop, after the install you will get an
accessible system right down to a talking login screen. Orca and speakup
both work which is an improvement even over ubuntu. I have even
installed debian 8 via a braille display.

Hi,
but someone told me that the live cd of debian, we cannot install from
there. we have to use the command line/terminal, using soeak up, to
install debian. no graphical user interface will work with orca right
now, the installer i am refering to. is it correct?
It is not an issue because you can install Debian with speech. Indeed
the live CD is not usable for installation but you can install Debian
from all others CDs like you can do with Windows or Mac.
Best regards.
