I'm surprised anybody got F123 installed with the version of thus 
installer they're using unless that version was recently updated.  This 
is something I'm interested in too so I'll ask a more specific question 
here.  If one has gnome-terminal or mate-terminal as the last line of 
their .bashrc file, once logged in with those terminals open up and be 
available for use?  If so, all that should be necessary to get to the 
graphical user interface should be to type exit then hit enter while in 
the console.
