Hi Majid.

I'm still hoping for an answer to the question I asked Kendell on list,
namely: "So if you revert the at-spi2 and gtk3 updates and leave
everything else as-is, Orca starts working with the mate panel again?"

Or to put it more clearly: Are you suggesting this is a regression in
Orca, or that something else changed somewhere to cause Orca to not
present the MATE panel?
