Is Vinux still in development?
I played with Sonar a year ago or so but for some reason, it didn’t
really appeal to me.
Suggestions very welcome.

I am a personal fan of Arch Linux. The learning curve is not all that
steep if you are used to the CLI, and configuring the system is a joy.
