[orca-list] firefox and new tabs

Hi,
I found a problem and I do not know if this is an Orca or a Firefox bug.
To reproduce it do this:
1. Open two sites in two tabs in firefox. Find some place on the site,
preferably in text.
2. Switch between tabs and try to move with arrows. It does not work.
You have to alt-tab out of the window and back to get it working. Even
switching between focus mode and browse mode does not fix this.
I experience this with Orca from master and Firefox 45.0.
