[orca-list] lost ability to quit orca

Hi,
I have recently deleted my Orca configuration to fix some strange issue
while switching between profiles.
But I found that I have lost a possibility to quit orca with orca+q. I
can't find the keybinding in Orca preferences. Am I blind or it really
is not there?
