[orca-list] "Orca" does not announce "cut" in the "Thunderbird"

Steps for reproducing:

1. In the message list, press "ctrl + r" on any letter;

2. Click the down arrow several times for what would certainly be lower 
than the first line of the response header;

3. Highlight a few lines, using the keys "shift" and the down arrow;

4. Press "ctrl + x".

"Orca" does not announce "cut", and the text of the letter says.
