[orca-list] minor feature request: add key command to cycle to the previous settings profile

hi all
This is a minor feature request on behalf of mellisa again, but more for
my convenience than hers. I use espeak and prefer it over eloquence, but
she uses eloquence and prefers it over espeak. So when I'm on her
computer for maintenance, I switch orca to using espeak with my
preferences, voice, rate, etc. And when I'm done I switch back by
switching the profile. Would it be too much trouble to add a keystroke,
unbound if it would be easier, to switch to the previous settings
profile as there's one for cycling to the next? I can see all kinds of
uses for this, but my primary use of this is to switch to and from
espeak so I don't forget and have mellisa complain about it. Make no
mistake, if I forget she will, lol. One quick note for those following
the mate issues I filed on github. They've all been fixed. Mate panel's
bugs should now be fixed, both the one I filed which makes it nearly
unusable and one joanmeri filed which makes the panel a lot more
accessible than it has been since mate was forked from gnome 2. I don't
know when a release will be out, but the mate people say they'll release
new mate panel and applet packages since the bugs have been fixed, so
watch for new updates.

Thanks
Kendell Clark
