Hi All.

I have only looked at "rbutil". There I did not have any problems, 
"orca" everything sounded.
I do not connect the player but only just looked, whether voiced "orca" 
interface "rbutil".
I use the "sonar-gnome".
There are situations when the "orca" does not speak in the window of a 
separate application (for example - this sometimes happens in "pamac"). 
In this case, it helps restart "orca".
Kendell, if that is the case, it is quite possible that the "orca" here 
is not to blame. For example, it can be:
