[orca-list] Bugs in "pidgin"

I found two problems:

1. "Orca" is not the voice of the button, which is designed to change 
the status. Those. If, while in the contact list, click on the button 
"tab", the focus falls on the button, but the "orca" is not voiced. This 
may mislead users who are just starting to use "pidgin";

2. This problem, I can not exactly reproduce, but faced it many times. 
Sometimes, after pressing the key combination "ctrl + enter", "orca" 
announces "pasted".
