[orca-list] Starting the "thunderbird"

Hi, all.

I do not know whether this behavior is normal for "orca", but just in 
case - I'll write.
After starting the "thunderbird", I need to press the "tab" twice before 
I can up and down arrows, to navigate through the folders.
If the "orca" is not to blame, I ask forgiveness for concern.
