[orca-list] Thunderbird: reply to a message, and the focus mode

Hi, Joanye.

I noticed, in my opinion, the strange behavior of "orca".
When I reply to a message for the first time, the "orca" says "focus mode".
When I reply to the same message a second time, "orca" says "focus mode" 
only if I press the down arrow.

For reproduction of the situation:

1. Set the focus on the message;

2. Press the "ctrl + r". "The Orca" announces "focus mode";

3. Press the "alt + f4" in order to close the window;

4. At the same message again, press "ctrl + r". "The Orca" does not 
announce "focus mode";

5. Press the down arrow. "The Orca" announces "focus mode".
