Re: [orca-list] bug fix needs testing

Hmm, will this also work for the case where there are hundreds of notifications in the menu and you arrow down into them, thus lagging Orca for minutes? I'd meant to report/ask about that but hadn't gotten around to it yet. :) I notice Thunderbird leaves notifications in my tray and doesn't clean them up when I read messages, so that makes the tray fairly useless for me. Still though, it'd be nice to be able to use it should this Thunderbird issue ever be resolved on their end. :)

Thanks.

hi
Do you know whether this bug fix fixes the issue where orca's preference
dialog refuses to open when espeak varients are enabled? When they are,
the voice list grows tremendously, to multithousands of entries. Testing
now.
Thanks

Hi all,

I've pushed a change to at-spi2-atk to fix some lag when some objects
have a lot of children. I'm hoping that I haven't broken anything in
the process, particularly with menus. Testing would be helpful, for
anyone building with git, or the change will be in at-spi2-atk 2.19.91
next Monday.

Thanks,
-Mike
