[orca-list] bug fix needs testing

Hi all,

I've pushed a change to at-spi2-atk to fix some lag when some objects have 
a lot of children. I'm hoping that I haven't broken anything in the 
process, particularly with menus. Testing would be helpful, for anyone 
building with git, or the change will be in at-spi2-atk 2.19.91 next 
Monday.
