Re: [orca-list] Flat review issue in menu items

Known issue. Menu items were deliberately made non-flat-reviewable
originally. I opened https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=667087
but it's been low-priority since flat review's purposes are spatial
presentation and to work around things which are not keyboard navigable.
The spatial arrangement of menus is predictable and consistent without
the need for flat reivew. And menus tend to be keyboard accessible.

I've noticed several issues with flat review in menu item.

Test environment :
- Orca 3.19.91pre (updated from master)
- GNOME Shell 3.18.3
- Mate 1.12.1

Steps to reproduce in Thunderbird :
1) Open Thunderbird / Terminal (Gnome) / LibreOffice Writer
2) Press F10
3) Press down arrow
4) Press orca+i to read current flat review line, it fails and read the
menu bar, not the current selected menu item

I've noticed the same issue with the Mate menu (maybe "application")

Best regards.
