Re: [orca-list] Quick Gecko question

It is significantly better. Thanks! I do still encounter cases where text isn't read but these are now the exception, and I can't find a reliable reproduction.

If I go to http://longform.org, click one of the articles and fairly quickly press pgup/pgdn, waiting to hear whether text reads, it almost always reads now. There are occasional times when it doesn't but I can't come up with a reliable way to trigger instances when text won't be read.

Thanks again, this is a huge help.

Hey Nolan.

Please pull master and see if your experience with PageUp/PageDown in

Thanks!

Ah, yes, it does appear that the page scrolls but Orca doesn't always
read the new line. I've tried it a few times and it does occasionally
read, but it happens so inconsistently that I just assumed it did
nothing. Thanks for the deeper analysis.
