Hi there,
as far as I can tell, Jovie is an application to use with the KDE 
desktop only. Furthermore, it does not support everything, and isn't yet 
asynchronous (to prevent system lockups). This is not for qt apps, 
though KDE is in qt itself. Do correct me if I'm wrong though.
