[orca-list] Ubuntu trusty speech-dispatcher and libao support

Dear Mr Yelavich and othders,
It is possible to use Speech-dispatcher with Libao on Ubuntu Trusty X64
bit version?
If yes, what should I do to install and use it correctly?
In other case, Espeak produces wrong quality speech when tempo is set to
90 percent and more.
