[orca-list] First word is not spoken in LO with orca

Howdy i found a little problem using orca 3.20.1 with the most current LO with GTK3 backend
If i open a new document an type "hello world" orca just announce "world". So the fist word isnt spoken.
Can somebody confirm this?
I use an up to date arch.
