Yes, I think Joanie missed those. I think I have a fix here for that,
just testing, and if it works out, will send a patch to Joanie for inclusion.

Yes, and I am currently working on a hack for that thanks to a suggestion from Joanie.

The top panel menu bar is not implemented like a proper menu bar should be,
thus requiring hacks in Orca to work around for the moment.

For 16.10, I hope to spend some time rewriting that code so things appear
to Orca correctly, and we can then remove hacks.
