Eclipse has a great team and being funded by IBM.
So it is not correct to asume that they have less human resource 
resulting on priority of bugs to be solved.
Well that said, I remember reading an email on this very list about a 
new accessibility plugin for Eclipse.
I am trying to search that email so that I can try it out myself.
Else my current Lunar version is doing just fine for me.
