[orca-list] strange behaviour in bugzilla home page

Hi all.

To reproduce try the following steps:

1. Launch firefox and open https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=756371

2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.

3. Press the t key.

4. Press down arrow until orca reads 'save changes'.

5. Press down arrow one more time.

Instead of jumps to the next line, it seems that orca jumps to the begin 
of the same table.

If you can not reproduce the problem try again because sometimes it 
doesn't happen in my machine.
