Re: [orca-list] Question about capitalization styles

hi
My own two scents, sorry I would've written in earlier but I took a long
nap as soon as I got back from thanksgiving dinner ... smiles. Anyway, I
agree with fernando. This should be configurable, either by a bound
keybinding or one which you can bind yourself, which you've already
done. I also don't much like the pitch change when in ALL CAPS, only
because of the bug in speech-dispatcher or espeak, not because of the
pitch change itself. If I were to use a speech synth like voxin I
wouldn't run into it, but that thing has so many other bugs ... not
worth it.
Thanks

I want capitals verbalized by pitch in all cases where orca is reading

reading a manpage or in many other places.

I'm not changing the pitch stuff in any way. I'm just adding a GUI to
let you choose icon/spell/none **on top of** pitch. Which is what the
unbound keybinding did/does. So if you like the pitch behavior now,
things should be swell. If you don't like the pitch behavior now, please
elaborate.

Thanks!
