The only reason why there is no longer an svox-pico-git package is
because all its forks have been taken offline, so the repo I was
building from that had a completely working build system no longer
exists, and I couldn't find another to replace it. If this bin package
is simply a previous release or a build of an earlier git version
before the repos were taken down, then it should work just as well as
the git version I had packaged.
