[orca-list] OT, svox-pico-bin with speech-dispatcher, (Arch-Linux

There's no longer an svox-pico-git package in the AUR, but there is an svox-pico-bin package. 
Does the bin version work with speech-dispatcher if one enables the correct module, i.e pico-generic?
