[orca-list] firefox in full screen mode

If I put Firefox in full screen mode I find I can't read the menus.  I am 
using Ubuntu 15.10 with it's standard insatll of orca and firefox.  Note I 
only tried this with braille and did not have speech on at the time but I 
had to have my wife get me out of full screen so I could ge to the menus 
again.
