[orca-list] Structural navigation in Libreoffice

Hello,

orca 3.16.2, last release of libreoffice. How is supposed to work the
structural navigation? If I understand well, it should alows to move
with letters keys, for instance to go to the next title. Tehre is no
difference between activating or desactivating tih mode, except when tih
mode is off, alt+shift and arrows doesn’t work to move in tables.

Is it a bug or did I understand wrong?
