[orca-list] clickables

Hi,
How is it with Orca and clickable links?
Are they supposed to be activated with Enter?
Are they supposed to be navigated with some navigation key?
I found a nice example on the yr.no weather forecast page.

find the line starting with link called Mine steder.
After it there is something supposed to change language. I managed to do
it with moving mouse cursor on current item and then simulating left
mouse click.
Could you please explain?
